Gruczolak wielopostaciowy jest najczęstszym łagodnym nowotworem gruczołów ślinowych występującym głównie w śliniance przyusznej i podżuchwowej. Rzadko występuje w małych gruczołach ślinowych. Opisano przypadek 47-letniego mężczyzny z gruczolakiem wielopostaciowym jamy nosa. Przedstawiono przebieg choroby i leczenia. Okres pooperacyjny oraz hospitalizacji bez powikłań.

Pleomorphic adenoma is the most common benign tumor of the salivary glands occurring mainly in the parotid and submandibular glands. Rarely, its is seen in the minor salivary glands. The paper describes the 47-year-old man diagnosed with a pleomorphic adenoma of the nasal cavity. The course of disease and its treatment are presented. No complications were observed in the case of a postoperative period and during hospitalization.
