This paper considers the possibilities available for evaluating the effects of urban climate
factors on city-dwellers. Examples of criteria for assessing the effects of the actinic, thermal
and atmospheric hygiene complex are given and the application -of these criteria to decisfon
makers is explained. The significance of the various criteria is discussed.

W artykule rozważono możliwości oceny wpływu czynników miejskich na mieszkańców miast. Podano przykłady kryteriów dla oszacowania zespołu aktynicznego, termicznego i czystości atmosfery. Wyjaśniono zastosowanie tych kryteriów dla potrzeb decydentów.
Przedyskutowano znaczenie różnych kryteriów.
