Analysis of Hya locus in B10.BR males with partial delection of Y chromosome

Skin transplantation technique was used to check the presence of the Hya gene in two consomic strains, B10.BR and B10 BR-Y del, which differ in the length of the chromosome.In both consomic strains the skin grafts from males to females were rejected in approximately the same time .These results show that the delection in the B10 BR-Y del males does not include tha Hya gene.
