AgrEvo as one of the most important companies on the agrochemical market is seriously involved in genetic engineering of plants. Strong belief that biotechnology offers a good chance for the development of modern agriculture stimulates researchers to concentrate on its application into crop production and protection. Weed control system Liberty Link is presented as an example of those activities. Together with the system's advantages for the farmer the biggest concerns towards transgenic plants are explained.
