Hemocholecyst is a rare disorder that has been reported in patients with gallstones. Previous reports describe cholecystitis resulting from hemocholecyst after iatrogenic trauma. We report the first case of acute cholecystitis secondary to hemocholecyst in a patient with Hemophilia A.
