W opracowaniu wyróżniono formy zabudowy, które charakteryzują się niższą średnią prędkością wiatru (zabudowa socrealistyczna i XIX-wieczna) oraz formy wyróżniające się wyższą prędkością wiatru niż teren otwarty (nowe osiedla i rozległe place).
