The Kinesiology Taping Method mostly used in orthopedics and rheumatology has also application in neurology. This method is used in central facial nerve damage (VII) cases in order to support physiotherapists and neurologopedists work. It gives a range of facial muscles mobility improvement, facial symmetry as well as lip corner pull up.

Metoda Kinesiology taping, wykorzystywana głównie w ortopedii i reumatologii, w ostatnich latach znalazła również zastosowanie w neurologii − w przypadkach ośrodkowego uszkodzenia nerwu twarzowego (VII), jako terapia wspomagająca pracę fizjoterapeuty i neurologopedy, przynosząca poprawę zakresu ruchomości mięśni mimicznych oraz uzyskanie symetrii twarzy i podciągnięcie kącika ust.
