W pracy przedstawiono wykorzystanie laserowego skanera 3D do modelowania numerycznego adhezyjnych mostów stomatologicznych. Opisano również zastosowanie metody elementów skończonych do analizy stanu naprężeń oraz odkształceń powstających w zębach filarowych, jak i w samej konstrukcji mostów protetycznych na skutek działania obciążeń panujących w jamie ustnej czlowieka. Zastosowanie metody elementów skończonych do budowy i analizy numerycznej pozwala wyznaczyć wartość naprężeń oraz wskazać miejsca szczególnie narażone na działanie sił zgryzowych. Wyniki analizy numerycznej będą pomocne przy projektowaniu stałych uzupełnień protetycznych.

In the paper the use of numerical methods for modelling adhesive dental bridges is presented. The use of finite-elements method for the analysis of the state of stresses and strains formed in pillar teeth as well as in the dental bridge construction itself due to the action of loads occurring in the human oral cavity is also described. The use of the finite-elements method for the construction and numerical analysis makes it possible to illustrate the value of stresses and indicate places especially exposed to the action of occlusive forces. The analysis results will be helpful when designing permanent denture prostheses.
