Mesentric cyst is a pathologic fluid collection, very rarely occurring intraabdominally. In most cases it is detected in patients in their forth decade. In study, we presented a description of the case of 24-year-old patient operated due to intraabdominal mesenteric cyst in 2008. Clinical course of mesenteric cyst is characterized by high interpersonal variation. Therefore, it is necessary to deepen the knowledge of this disease.
