Electrochemical chlorination of non-saturated organic compounds in the aqueous and non-aqueous solvents depends on the mechanism of halogen formation. The mechanism of chloride ion discharge has been investigated in nitromethane on the rotating Pt disc electrode using Ag/AgClO₄ system in the galvanostatic measurement as the reference electrode. For the quasi-equilibrium process the constant k₂ and the constant of electron K₂ transmission have been determined for the recombination process occuring at 0.1 V.

Fluorination of the disc Ni anode in the HF solution has been carried out by means of the voltammetric method. It has been stated that a layer of Ni oxide is produced on the surface of the electrode as the result of water trace presence in the HF. The produced oxide layer influences electrochemical reaction of fluorination to a great extent.

Metodą woltamperometryczną przeprowadzono fluorowanie dyskowej anody niklowej w środowisku ciekłego HF. Stwierdzono, że na powierzchni elektrody tworzy się warstwa tlenku niklu na skutek obecności śladów wody w kwasie fluorowodorowym. Wytworzona warstwa tlenkowa silnie wpływa na elektrochemiczną reakcję fluorowania.

The offer refers to the application of pocket calculator and microcomputer (Sinclair - ZX-81) for conventional chemical and biochemical analytic Investigations. The presented application of the pocket calculator is based on a two- -electrode indicator which counts drops, granules, colonies, gas bubbles etc. The microcomputer of Sinclair ZX-81 has been applied to automatic treatment. The automatic burette is connected with the microcomputer and the analog-digital converter. The whole programming is based on BASIC language.

Propozycja dotyczy zastosowania kieszonkowego kalkulatora oraz mikrokomputera (Sinclair-ZX-81) do klasycznych chemicznych i biochemicznych badań analitycznych. Podane zastosowanie kalkulatora kieszonkowego oparte jest na dwuelektrodowym indykatorze zliczającym krople, ziarna, kolonie, pęcherzyki gazu itd. Mikrokomputer typu Sinclair ZX-81 zastosowany został do automatycznego miareczkowania. Biureta automatyczna połączona jest z mikrokomputerem przetwornikiem analogowo-cyfrowym. Całość programowania oparta jest na języku BASIC.

The photoelectrical proparti«« of the rotating Cu diac electrode have been lnveatigated. It has been polarized anodically in 652 orto-H₃PO₄. Presence of the oxide layer on the electrode surface has been stated. The layer has n - semiconductor properties at high values of anodic potential of polarization.

Zbadano fotoelektryczne właściwości powierzchni wirującej dyskowej elektrody miedzianej polaryzowanej anodowo w 657 kwasie ortofosforowym. Na powierzchni elektrody stwierdzono obecność warstwy tlenkowej o właściwościach n-półprzewodnika w wysokich wartościach anodowego potencjału polaryzacji.
