Neurosensomotorical Reflex Integration according to Dr Masgutova MNRI is a therapeutic, rehabilitation and diagnostic system aimed at analyzing the impact of reflex integration techniques on neurosensory and cognitive development of children with neurodevelopmental disorders and learning problems. Research, both internal and independent, was carried out by Dr S. Masgutova and her team as well as research associates from different countries in 1989-2017. MNRI is a rehabilitation and therapeutic program aimed at patients with neurological and cognitive disorders. The main goal of the MNRI program is neurosensomotoric stimulation of the sense of touch and proprioception, integration of infant reflexes, shaping of basic patterns of dynamic and postural reflexes and integration of hemispheres. Techniques consist in providing a controlled number of sensory stimuli. The aim of the therapy is to create and pave spontaneous, physiological adaptive reactions that improve the functioning and integration of reactions induced by stimuli. The lack of tactile stimulation or its improper application influences the formation of deficits in the development of the nervous system, the disturbance of the sensomotor system as well as the reflex function of the reflex arc. The disturbances in the reception and processing of sensory stimuli inhibit the child’s development.

Neurosensomotoryczna Integracja Odruchów wg dr Masgutovej MNRI jest to systemem terapeutyczno-rehabilitacyjnym i diagnostycznym mającym na celu analizowanie wpływu technik integracji odruchów na rozwój neurosensomotoryczny i poznawczy dzieci z zaburzeniami neurorozwojowymi i problemami uczenia się. Badania, zarówno wewnętrzne, jak i niezależne, zostały przeprowadzone przez dr S. Masgutovą i jej zespół oraz współpracowników naukowych z różnych krajów w latach 1989-2017. MNRI to program rehabilitacyjno-terapeutyczny skierowany do pacjentów z zaburzeniami neurologicznymi, poznawczymi. Głównym celem programu MNRI jest neurosensomotoryczna stymulacja zmysłu dotyku i propriocepcji, integracja odruchów niemowlęcych, kształtowanie bazowych schematów odruchów dynamicznych i posturalnych, integracja półkul. Techniki polegają na dostarczaniu kontrolowanej liczby bodźców sensorycznych. Celem terapii jest tworzenie i torowanie spontanicznych, fizjologicznych reakcji adaptacyjnych poprawiających funkcjonowanie i integrację reakcji wywołanych przez bodźce. Brak stymulacji taktylnej lub niewłaściwe jej praktykowanie wpływa na tworzenie się deficytów w rozwoju układu nerwowego, zaburzenie pracy układu sensomotorycznego, jak również zaburzenie funkcji łuku odruchowego. Występują zaburzenia w odbiorze i przetwarzaniu bodźców zmysłowych, które wpływają hamująco na rozwój dziecka.
