In the paper a list and general characterization of medical segetal flora of Central Poland is given. This flora consists of 300 taxa. Among the most threatened species there are 6 taxa: Adonis aestivalis, A. flam mea, Anagallis foemina, Bupleurum rotundifolium, Camelina saliva, Cuscuta europaea.

In the paper a list and general characterization of vascular plants flora recorded on railway grounds in the city of Zduńska W ola is presented. The great diversity of habitats within the railway grounds as well as their readiness to accept numerous introduced species result in a high variety of vascular plants there. This flora consists of 366 taxa.

The paper presents the results of the analysis of features of a group of 100 threatened segetal vascular plants in Poland. The basis of the analysis was mainly a preliminary list of the threatened segetal plant species in Poland (Warcholińska 1994). Richness of species and their systematic, geographical, ecological and dynamic character were analyzed.

The great diversity o f habitats within the railway grounds as well as their inclination to be colonized by numerous introduced species resulted in high variety of vascular plants there. The paper present a list of segetal flora taxons o f Bolimów, Bolimowska Wieś and Kolonia Bolimowska Wieś as well as their general characterization. The segetal flora of the researched area consists of 190 taxons. It also shows a great participation of therophytes (125 taxons) and apophytes (106 taxons). 29 taxons have been numbered among taxons in direct danger of extinction. The number and degree of density of localities are determined primarily by habitat conditions and anthropogenic factors.

In this paper a preliminary list and characterization of endangered and threatened species o f the segetal flora found in the area of Kutno in 1992-1995, have been presented. The research was carried out using a cartogram method. The list of 47 weed species considered threatened in the investigated area was compiled basing on criteria applied by International Union for Nature Conservation.

In this paper a preliminary list and characterization of the synanthropic flora found in the area of the Płock in 1996-1999, have been presented. The rich variety of the synanthropic flora of this town is an effect of differentiation of habitats and man’s economic activity. The synanthropic flora of Płock consists of 530 taxons. Among synanthropic plants predominate apophytes (63,8%).

In this paper a preliminary list and characterization of the synanthropic flora found in the area of the Łęczyca in 1998-2000, have been presented. The rich variety of the synanthropic flora of this town is an effect of differentiation of habitats and man’s economic activity. The synanthropic flora of Łęczyca consists of 551 taxons. Among synanthropic plants predominate perenial plants (56,8%) and apophytes (59,9%). There ars 31 species from the list of threatened synanthropic plants and 8 species from the list of protected plants.
