The continuation of an analytical approach to elastic spin polarized low energy electron diffraction (SPLEED) [1] from magnetic surfaces is presented and searched numerically using three different layer dependent surface magnetization models of the Ni(l10) surfaces case. In the approach, the dynamical surface scattering LEED and exchange potentials are expressed in terms of the effective scattering potentials of a free atom. The SPLEED exchange scattering asymmetry during the reversal of the polarization direction of the incident electron beam are given in analytical form and the asymmetry effects are computed numerically. The temperature dependence of the surface polarization effect for nickel surfaces is presented graphically. The obtained results correspond to those of experiments and literature.
