Thermal behavior and microstructure of Fe_{81 - x}Co_{x}Zr_7Nb_2B_{10} (x = 2, 4, 6) alloys were investigated by differential thermal analysis and X-ray diffraction. Both the supercooled liguid region Δ T_{x} and the first crystallization peak temperature T_{p1} are the lowest and the span Δ T_{p} between T_{p1} and T_{p2} is the highest when 4 at.% Fe is substituted by Co. The crystallization activation energy E_{p1} for Fe_{75}Co_6Zr_7Nb_2B_{10} alloy is the minimum for the heating rates ν = 5-20 K/min. E_{p1} for Fe_{77}Co_4Zr_7Nb_2B_{10} alloy is the minimum for the heating rates ν = 20 - 50 K/min. The crystallization processes of Fe_{81 - x}Co_{x}Zr_7Nb_2B_{10} (x = 2, 4, 6) amorphous alloys are similar on the whole, which is as follows: amorphous → amorphous + α-Fe(Co) → α-Fe(Co) + Fe_3Zr + Fe_2Nb_{0.4}Zr_{0.6}.

In this paper, we report for the first time on authentication of Flammulina velutipes cultivars by using strain-specific sequence-characterized amplified region (SCAR) markers developed from inter-simple sequence repeat (ISSR) markers. The genomic DNA polymorphism was analyzed by the ISSR technique in 7 strains of F. velutipes presently cultivated in China on a commercial scale. Eight primers selected from 20 ISSR primers amplified 104 clear and stable bands, of which 81 bands were polymorphic. Among the selected primers, primer ISSR9 can distinguish strain No. 12 from the other 6 strains by amplifying a unique and reproducible band of approximately 750 bp. According to the sequence of the strain-specific fragment, a pair of SCAR primers was designed to diagnose strain No. 12 on the molecular level. The validity of the SCAR marker was confirmed by using DNA samples from another 12 strains of F. velutipes obtained from different parts of China. Our data provided the foundation for a precise and rapid PCR-based strain-diagnostic system for F. Velutipes.

Three kinds of precursor thin films with stacking orders of Cu/Sn/ZnS, Cu/Sn/ZnS/Cu/Sn/ZnS and Cu/Sn/ZnS/Cu/Sn/ZnS/Cu/Sn/ZnS were prepared by magnetron sputtering and annealed with sulfur powder. The microstructure, morphology and optical properties of thin films were investigated by X-ray diffraction, the Raman scattering, scanning electron microscopy and UV-visible spectrophotometer. The increase of cycle number decreases the sulfurizing temperature of the formation of Cu₂ZnSnS₄ phase. Chemical composition can be controlled by cycle sputtering deposition. After sulfurizing at 500°C, the particle size and the band gap increase with increasing cycle number.
