EN
The main problem of this paper is to compare two attitudes towards Freud’s psychoanalysis. The first is represented by naturalistic orientation which emphasizes objective and functional determination in Freud’s conception of human psyche. The second perspective is developed by hermeneutic movement according to which psychoanalysis expresses the main role of hidden and unconscious meanings – i.e. subjectively-rational determination of psychic phenomena. In the author’s opinion, both approaches underestimate the opposite types of determination.
