In the paper, the preeliminary study of chitosan micro and nanospheres precipitation due to two
reverse emulsions (W/O) coalescence is described. The composition conditions, which must be
filled to obtain stable reverse emulsion is pointed out. Furthermore, the parameters of ultrasonic
emulsification and coalescence technique are presented and finally, morphological study of
obtained micro and nanospheres are discussed.
