Zespół suchego oka (ZSO) to wieloczynnikowe schorzenie, z niespecyficznymi objawami. Prawidłowa długotrwała terapia ZSO pozwala podnieść komfort życia pacjenta. Celem niniejszego artykułu jest przegląd dostępnej literatury na temat zastosowania kropli zawierających nie tylko hialuronian sodu, ale również glikol polietylenowy, glikol propylenowy oraz guar hydroksypropylenowy

Dry eye is a multifactorial disease, with non-specific signs and symptoms. Appropriate and long-term therapeutic management increases the patients’ quality of life. The aim of this article is to review the available literature on the application of the hydroxypropyl-guar gellable lubricant eye drops.
