W pełni strukturalizowane kwestionariusze pozwalają na badanie większości zaburzeń psychicznych występujących w populacji pacjentów małoletnich. Badanie jest możliwe do wykonania w stosunkowo krótkim czasie oraz nie wymaga obecności specjalisty w dziedzinie psychiatrii dzieci i młodzieży. Ze względu na możliwość przeprowadzania wywiadów przez odpowiednio przeszkolonych ankieterów narzędzia te stosuje się głównie w badaniach obejmujących duże grupy. Niemniej jednak wywiady strukturalizowane są także coraz częściej używane w praktyce klinicznej. Artykuł stanowi przegląd aktualnie dostępnych kwestionariuszy w pełni strukturalizowanych przeznaczonych do badania dzieci i młodzieży; uwzględniają one większość zaburzeń psychicznych występujących w tej grupie wiekowej. Przedstawiono trzy kwestionariusze: Mały Międzynarodowy Kwestionariusz Neuropsychiatryczny dla Dzieci i Młodzieży, Diagnostic Interview Schedule for Children oraz Children’s Interview for Psychiatric Syndromes. Przegląd uwzględnia wykaz zaburzeń psychicznych wziętych pod uwagę w każdym kwestionariuszu, grupę wiekową, czas przeprowadzania badania i szkolenia ankieterów, pokrewne wersje kwestionariuszy i dostępność wersji językowych. Zestawienie kwestionariuszy ułatwia wstępne zapoznanie się z istniejącymi narzędziami. Do tej pory powstała polska wersja tylko jednego z nich – Małego Międzynarodowego Kwestionariusza dla Dzieci i Młodzieży. Pozostałych narzędzi nie przetłumaczono i nie przystosowano do warunków polskich, nie ma więc niestety możliwości ich użycia w codziennej praktyce naukowej i klinicznej w naszym kraju.

Fully structured interviews allow diagnosis of the majority of psychiatric disorders found in the paediatric and adolescent population. Administration requires relatively short time, and the presence of a psychiatrist specialising in children and adolescents is not essential. Since the interviews can be conducted by specially trained interviewers, the tools are primarily utilized in studies involving large groups. Nonetheless, the use of structured interviews is now increasingly common also in clinical practice. This paper reviews the currently available fully structured diagnostic interviews designed for the evaluation of paediatric patients and adolescents that cover the majority of psychiatric disorders present in this age group. Three interviews, namely the Mini-International Neuropsychiatric Interview for Children and Adolescents (MINI-KID), the Diagnostic Interview Schedule for Children, and the Children’s Interview for Psychiatric Syndromes, have been discussed at length, including the range of psychiatric disorders covered by each format, age group, time required for administration and interviewer training, versions, and availability in various languages. This presentation is aimed at familiarising the reader with the available instruments, as at the moment only MINI-KID has a Polish version (Mały Międzynarodowy Kwestionariusz dla Dzieci i Młodzieży). The other two have not yet been translated or adapted to Polish conditions, so cannot be applied for either research or daily clinical practice in Poland.
