Celem niniejszego opracowania jest przedstawienie nieznacznie poprawionej i uzupełnionej wersji Kwestionariusza do Oceny Bólu McGill zamieszczonej po raz pierwszy w publikacji R. Melzacka z 1975 r., a następnie w czasopiśmie Anesthesiology z 2005 r., oraz jego skróconej wersji The short-form McGill Pain Questionnaire.

The purpose of this paper is to present a slightly revised and supplemented version of the Functional Assessment of Pain McGill appearing for the first time in the publication of Melzack R. 1975, and then in the journal Anesthesiology in 2005, and a shortened version of The short-form McGill Pain Questionnaire.
