This paper is a photographic summary of a cultural expedition conducted in November 2012 on the island of Cuba. The purpose was to explore and capture a glimpse of the natural and cultural beauty of this incredible country, renowned for its strong tourism potential and spirit of freedom. Cuba is one of the most beautiful countries we have encountered, with some of the most welcoming people, a rich history of resistance to colonialism, delicious traditional cuisine, and exceptional safety for travelers, as violence is virtually nonexistent. The photographs highlight colonial buildings and other architectural styles, churches, museums, natural landscapes, elements of the fauna and flora, and, of course, the Cuban people.
