One with the key competencies an employee has them stability to create innovative solutions in the marketed products and services. This contributes to increasing the competitiveness of the organization as the products or services they offer feature outstanding and matched up to date consumer needs, often closely linked with modern technologies. Creativity is an innate characteristic of every human individual. Guilty however, be consciously developed by the individual. One of the elements affecting quality. Creativity is using own imagination.
