In this article the author discusses the historic landscape park located around the palace in Smuszewo (Wielkopolskie Province) dating back to the 2nd half of the 19th century. Making reference to historic research regarding the estate, analyses of the park composition and its current condition and problems encountered during the process of designing. Additionally design solutions which will allow for the facility revitalization are presented.
