Aim: Change and time are the key categories of analysis of human development. Due to the aging of the population, the key importance is to focus on the factors related to life satisfaction in late adulthood. Purpose and method of research: The objective was to determine the temporal profile of women over the age of 60 and its relation to the level of life satisfaction. Used: Questionnaire Perceptions of Time Zimbardo (ZTPI), Life satisfaction Scale (SWLS) and the author’s socio-demographic questionnaire. Test results: The temporal profile of women shows their Present-Hedonistic and Future structure. Temporary prospects are determining life satisfaction moderately, but in a strong – past-negative perspective. Summary and Conclusions: The results of research expands the knowledge of the theory of time perspective. Focusing on time perspectives in the field of interaction- activating support is one of the factors which increases the level of life satisfaction.
