The effects of cisplatin (cis-diamminedichloroplatinum II, CDDP) and transplatin (transdiamminedichloroplatinum,
TDDP) at concentrations o f 0.1, 1 and 10 /¿M on platelet
cytoskeleton protein composition were studied in vitro. Cisplatin and transplatin were found
to cause the changes of cytoskeleton proteins. On the other hand in the presence of CDDP
(20 μM) the percent of G-actin was reduced.
