This work attempt to examine the influence of dichlorvos (0,0-dimethyl-0-2,2-dichlorovinylphosphate)
on the structure of DNA from isolated lymphocyte’s nuclei. The lymphocyte’s
nuclei were obtained from Sus scrofa domesiica peripheral blood by Jones and Paulus-Thomas
method (1989). DNA was incubated with dichlorvos at the doses 45 цМ, 135 /хМ, 315 /tM
at 1, 24, 48, 72 hours. Changes can be seen after 1 h of incubation. Incubation with dichlorvos
affects the degradation of isolated DNA.
