Susceptibility of Polish winter oilseed rapes to turnip mosaic virus. I. Virus detection in leaves of infected plants by ELISA test
Languages of publication
Eight Polish <oilseed rape> forms: four double haploid lines, two strains and two cultivars were inoculated with <turnip mosaic virus> (TuMV). All plants appeared to be susceptible and expressed systemic reaction: mosaic and malformation of leaves. All forms but two showed considerable growth retardation. The level of TuMV infection of plants was estimated by indirect <ELISA test>. High concentration of the virus was found in all inoculated tested plants.
