Models of <temperature effects> on solid state <fermentation kinetics> are discussed. It was shown that logistic curve equation describes fungi growth also in nonisothermal conditions Culvation of <Aspergillus niger> on mixture of <wheat bran> and <beet pulp> was investigated in the temperature range of 26-40'C. Models were compared with experimental results and energy of activation and deactivation were calculated.
