Duodenal Duplication CYST Manifested by Obstructive Jaundice and Bowel Obstruction in a Young Man

We report a case of obstructive jaundice and bowel obstruction caused by duodenal duplication cyst in a young man. In spite of image diagnostic examinations were performed initially, the final diagnosis was established intraoperatively. Duplication was partially excised what was effective technique in a described case.
